We may see there are many transparent relays on sales in market. The picture is as followed. How is the quality of them and why they're so cheap?

How is the quality of the transparent relays? 

The price of the transparent relays are highly different in the market ranging from ￥1.3-￥3. As we know the higher quality the higher price, so the lower price the worse quality. Many transparent relays on the market use iron pins, aluminum coils (copper covered)and copper contacts. However, car factory and large relay companies will use copper/brass pins, copper wires and AgSnO2/AgSnO2InO3 (can reach 100000 cycles electrical life) contacts. The bad materials can cause problems:

a. safe problem - if use aluminum coils, the wires will be burned when current or temperature is too high. Relays stop work and may cause car stop on the road or other controlled parts damaged.

b. short life cycle- if use copper contacts, the relays life will not exceed 5000 cycles. So the relays are damaged soon and need to be changed often. Customers will claim the quality and make the reputation of the stores to be bad.

c. parts damage- use bad quality auto relays may cause the other original and well-working parts such as fans, air conditioners, lights damaged. It will cause large loss to change the expensive parts.
